Chris Pisapia -- Founding Partner
Since Verndale's inception, Chris has provided key senior consulting and account management for over 125 web projects. His breadth of technical and business knowledge has resulted in a wide array of e-commerce solutions, legacy integration systems and application development components. Chris was awarded an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College. He lives with his wife in Watertown, Massachusetts.

Joe Zarrett -- President, Founding Partner
A respected web technology strategist, Joe is responsible for Verndale's overall direction, as well as the management of the sales and marketing department. An advocate of a healthy environment for small and mid-sized businesses, Joe has served on the board of The Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) and the Mayor of Boston's New Leadership Committee. Within the business community, he is frequently called upon to speak about the important role web technology plays in the SMB marketplace. Joe resides in Chelmsford, Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters.

Matt Pisapia -- Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Matt oversees daily Verndale operations, guiding the management team toward the continual delivery of exceptional client experiences. A strong proponent of Verndale's results-driven approach, Matt is responsible for ensuring clear overall project solutions and well-implemented details. Matt also guides Verndale's hiring and human resources services to support the company's growth and expansion. As a technical leader, Matt has successfully managed the strategy, planning and development of Verndale's Proprietary Business Systems. Matt lives in Boston, Massachusetts.

Sean Scollin -- Founding Partner
Sean has played a vital role in the implementation and development of nearly every Verndale business integration system. In his role as a managing director, he combines a depth of technical knowledge with his financial background and unique problem-solving skills to foster some of Verndale's most successful partnerships. Sean currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts.

Viki Schrager -- Creative Director
Since March 2001, Viki has brought comprehensive strategic and tactical experience to her role as Creative Director. A ten-year interactive-design veteran, Viki manages the Verndale creative team, translating each client’s vision into practical implementation and then executing the ideal web-based strategies. In addition to exceptional design skills, Viki delivers an essential combination of human factors knowledge, information architecture leadership and solid business acumen. She is currently guiding notable creative initiatives for the Boston Public Library Foundation, Milk Street Café and Get Connected, Inc. Viki's diverse client portfolio includes Time Warner, BellSouth, The Coca-Cola Company, Turner Broadcasting and The Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Viki resides in Reading, Massachusetts with her husband.

Sean P. Connell -- Engineering Manager
As the lead technical consultant for Verndale's clients and partners, Sean is responsible for the research and development of new technologies as well as technical architecture. A tenacious proponent of staff education, Sean oversees the growth and knowledge base of the Verndale engineering team, guiding them toward the sound technical decisions that client needs demand. With an eye toward the overall development process, Sean developed a taxonomy management system for the Taunton Press' FineWoodworkingNetwork.com and implemented an Enterprise-level Microsoft Commerce Server for PeproTech, Inc. He was previously the Senior Application Developer at Scudder Kemper Investments. Sean lives in Wakefield, Massachusetts.

Kevin Bridges -- Support Services Manager
From supervising support staff to consulting with clients, Kevin directs Verndale's extensive support system and offerings. While ensuring the finest customer support and proper system enhancements, Kevin also manages the allocation of internal resources, tapping his career experiences in determining project scope and needs. Prior to joining the Verndale team, Kevin spent seven years with PFPC Global Fund Services. He currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts.

Seth Worby -- Director, Search Engine Marketing
As Director of Search Engine Marketing, Seth is responsible for guiding the Search Engine Marketing efforts for our clients. With years of experience in the Search Engine Marketing industry, Seth’s vision allows us to remain ahead of our competition in delivering the highest level of success for our clients’ Search Engine Marketing initiatives. With a strong focus on analytics and web metrics, Seth is responsible for driving qualified traffic and demonstrating website success to our clients. He was previously a Search Engine Marketing Specialist for Catalyst Online, a Grey Global Company, and is presently obtaining his certification from Google to become a Qualified Google Advertising Professional as well as obtaining certification from Yahoo to become a Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador. Seth currently lives in Brighton, Massachusetts.
