Season's Greetings from all of us at Verndale!
December has proven to be a very busy month for the Verndale Team, setting a record number of web projects that were completed and launched. Great job and congratulations to the following teams for successful projects in the month of December – Money Management International, Foley Hoag (Emerging Enterprise Center), Pathways to College and Pathways to College Toolbox, Haley & Aldrich (Intranet) and Crosby Benefits (Client Portal). Pushing into the New Year, there’s no sign of slowing and we’re excited about the web projects and opportunities that are on the horizon.
Verndale would like to thank our partners at Sitecore CMS for the opportunity to submit nominations for their upcoming Sitecore Site of the Year Awards that will be presented in January. Overall, we submitted five websites that were developed using Sitecore, each of which represented a unique use of their technology. Stay tuned!
Additionally, The Gilbane Conference at the beginning of the month was highlighted by many of Verndale's technology partners in web content management along with other exhibitors showcasing the latest in enterprise search, social software and more. In addition to the 17 new hires Verndale has made in 2009, we'd like to welcome Doris Gonzalez as our newest member of the team. Doris joins us as a Project Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Delaware and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University. Doris previously worked as a Project Manager for Acadaca, LLC in New York, NY where she was responsible for managing the development, re-development, and maintenance of Ecommerce websites from inception through completion.
