Sitecore Specialization – CRMvision
Verndale has joined the elite community of Sitecore specialized partners with its latest
certification in Sitecore’s specialization component, CRMvision.
This recent accolade demonstrates Verndale’s depth of CRM integration experiences across several Sitecore clients – most specifically, its work on the Borgata Hotel Casino.
The Borgata Hotel Casino offered a unique CRM project that was aimed at tightly integrating Sitecore with MS Dynamics for their “My Borgata Rewards” customer interface.
The goal of the deployment focused on centralizing multiple stores of customer-related data while tying in other third-party systems to easily access CRM data on demand.
This included more than just web data such as: customer visits, player card activity, casino games played and money spent, accommodation preferences, movies watched, and other services leveraged while at the Borgata Hotel and Casino.

Did You Know?
As you work to create content that satisfies search engine robots, it’s also necessary to appeal to the “humanized” user – which requires the development of relevant and easily consumable content.
However, there are some search engine limitations you should be aware of, such as poor link structure, query matching, and non-text content.
Poor link structure can ultimately diminish the “trust” your website gains through the absence of quality links on your site.
Query matching is important as search engines try their best to match what users search for and how they spell it, so be sure to double-check the language and exact matches to properly reach your target market.
Lastly, non-text content such as images, videos, plug-ins, etc.
do not contain HTML format for search engine spiders to crawl, making this content virtually invisible.
Be sure to properly optimize or repeat this content in text format,
allowing search engine spiders to crawl and index it correctly.
Work with your search engine marketing team to gain a
better understanding of how to avoid these search engine limitations.
