Are All of Your Pages Getting Indexed?

Determining whether an engine is indexing your all of the content on your site is important to maximizing your search engine traffic. One way to find out which pages of your site are being indexed by a search engine is to perform a “site:” query. For example, if your domain is “internet.com”, search “site:internet.com” and all pages indexed by the engine will appear. Keep an eye out for pages on your site that aren't being returned in these results, duplicate content (pages with the same content but different URLs), and broken links (404 pages). Work with your search team to determine tactics that improve the way search engines are crawling and indexing your pages.
