How to Properly Market Your Articles

Article marketing has become a very popular way of gaining back links for websites. There are many article directories on the internet such as EzineArticles.com, Infobarrel.com, and Squidoo.com that allow you to submit articles attached with your site’s link. Many people write up an article and submit it to hundreds of article directories thinking that they will get 100 links from these article submission sites. However, search engines recognize these incoming links as duplicates and will only index one or two of the articles, cancelling out submission efforts.  To most effectively garner incoming links from article marketing, write unique articles for each article directory. This may be extra work, but you will be rewarded in the long run with many quality links.
