Search engine spiders naturally crawl your site by coming in and moving around via links. Because of this, you need to make sure every page on your site has a link from at least one other page. A good way to accomplish this is to create a sitemap or to have contextual links. That said; remember to keep site navigation clear and intuitive for your users.
