Need:
McREL Researchers developed a new, high-value assessment tool they wanted to offer online, but needed help implementing that strategy.
Solution:
Verndale translated McREL’s product into a powerful online survey application, the McREL Balanced Leadership Profile®. With a sharp eye toward system architecture, the Verndale team implemented a logical process and intuitive interface that makes sense to McREL’s customers. In addition, we created a backend account management system allowing customers—from one principal to an entire school district—to purchase the survey application and its benefits.
Results:
Three hundred seventy-five U.S. learning institutions—and counting—currently utilize the McREL Balanced Leadership Profile survey. McREL's satisfaction led to further work with a McREL client, a state department of education that commissioned the development of a NCLB website containing resources for teachers, parents, and principals.
