Solution:
Verndale consulted with Millennia to identify their overall business objectives, proposed, and then developed an investor extranet as an extension to the current Millennia website. The extranet enables Millennia’s investors to view all their account information without having to rely on print documents. One especially unique and valuable feature is the ability for investors to authorize additional individuals, such as investment advisors and tax accountants, access to their account. All historical documents are maintained on their account, so investors no longer needed to worry about filing printed versions. Investors are notified when there are new reports added to their account, which enhances the timeliness of the reports, and given their electronic availability, reduces distribution time nearly to zero.
