Support Payment Plans

Verndale offers highly flexible fee options that put your needs first. And with our unique Client Center, you can check the details of each job, anytime you choose.

Flexible Payment Options Include:

Per Request
Intended for clients who submit 1-2 requests a month and have limited strategic needs.

Work requests are submitted on an ‘as-needed’ basis; an invoice is distributed with each completed request. Work is billed in 15-minute increments according to our standard rate schedule.

Pre-Pay
For clients with a frequent need to support and enhance their web property, or those who maintain several web assets and/or online marketing activities.

Avoids the hassle of cutting checks for multiple invoices and having to authorize ‘support blocks’ each time they expire. Just select a deposit amount ($500 increments up to $2000) and receive 5% savings on all standard rates. Once your deposit is depleted, pre-pay accounts are automatically refilled to the selected amount.

Managed Service Retainer
The “First Class” of support, specifically for large support accounts.

Enjoy the benefits of a dedicated account team, version control and project planning, quarterly strategic reviews and more.Receive all the benefits of a pre-pay account—including the 5% savings—plus the additional benefits of guaranteed labor and priority status.

Unlike most retainer situations, you can carry over unused funds to the following month. And your Managed Service Retainer can be used as an umbrella payment option for any Verndale service.

Just deposit into your account and we’ll take care of the rest! The Managed Service Retainer is requires a minimum monthly commitment of $1000, with additional deposits available in $500 increments.
