Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay launched their new website, www.bbbsmb.org to improved user response. Developed by Verndale, the site redesign features a more intuitive interface, an updated design, and a sophisticated web content management solution. During the 60 days following website launch, users visited an average 56% more pages per visit, were spending 14% more time on the site, and were 29% less likely to leave the site immediately after entering, compared to the 60 days prior to launch. Results were obtained using Google Analytics web traffic analysis.
