The dog days of summer have proven to be anything but dull or stagnant here at Verndale. For the 3rd consecutive year, Verndale has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in the nation. We'd like to take this opportunity to recognize the talent and commitment of our team and thank the great companies that entrust us with their business.
Laura Ragno joins our Project Office as a Project Manager. Laura holds a BS from Bentley College with a major in Management. Prior to joining Verndale, Laura was an Account Manager at Arnold Worldwide and her most recent position was as Traffic Manager at an online media and marketing firm. Laura also has a specific interest and experience with search engine marketing and social media.
We welcome Peter Marston to our Consulting team to work in the role of Web Strategy Consultant. Peter holds a BA Degree with a focus on Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA, with a duel focus on finance and technology, from Babson College. Peter’s background consists of a combination of consulting, research and program management. His past roles were as a Senior Consultant at KPMG; a Program Manager at Molecular and his most recent role was as an Analyst in the CRM space at Forrester Research.
Ashley Healy joins us as a Copywriter. She's a recent graduate of Saint Michael's College with a BA in Journalism & Communication and a Spanish minor. Ashley's experience ranges from Features Editor and Staff Writer of the St. Michael’s College newspaper to Account Manager of NAS Communications where she worked on media recommendations, branding and search engine marketing. Ashley also has experience in Graphic Design.
Lastly, Wislene Calixte will be joining our Operations team as a Staff Accountant. Wislene’s experience includes positions at both State Street Corporation and Mellon Financial Corporation and more recently as a freelance accountant for various businesses where she has performed financial and compliance audits, oversaw IRS and state tax reporting, generated bank reconciliations and handled all other accounting functions. Wislene holds a BSBA from Suffolk University and is currently pursuing her MBA at Nichols College.

Did You Know?
Google recently added a reporting dashboard to its Local Business Center. The new dashboard was created to give business owners an added incentive for verifying their businesses in Google. New reporting metrics offer business owners information on how users are interacting with their local listing, which includes: impressions, actions, top search queries, and zip codes where driving directions originate from. Get your business verified and start tracking performance at the Business Center.
