Boston, MA - June 2, 2010 – Verndale, a leading mid-market web technology and consultancy firm has launched Alcoholscreening.org, a re-designed, custom engineered alcohol screening site and free service of Join Together - a project of the Boston University School of Public Health. Alcoholscreening.org helps individuals assess their alcohol consumption patterns to determine if their drinking is likely harming their health or increasing their risk for future harm.

“With a new, custom engineered content management system built for this site, Join Togethers’ ability to manage treatment center listings and make screening results more readily available to researchers has improved tremendously,” said Laura Ragno, Verndale Project Manager. “Our User Experience team also produced a brand new logo as part of a complete re-design and the updated internet architecture (IA) has allowed for more efficient site navigation.”

"After receiving screening results about their personal level of risk from drinking, visitors can now develop a personal plan to reduce their drinking and seek additional help -- all on AlcoholScreening.org.”
