Laura RagnoDirector of Program Management

As Director of Program Management, Laura is responsible for managing Verndale's Project Office Team – ensuring all members are focused on delivering creative web-based solutions that consistently meet or beat client expectations. In addition to overseeing the Program Management Department, Laura continues to work with her clients, managing internal resources and seeing projects through all phases of the project life-cycle. Laura previously worked as a Project Manager at Verndale and prior to that held the position of Traffic Manager at the online marketing agency, Overdrive Interactive. Laura also has a specific interest and experience with search engine and social media marketing. Additionally, Laura holds a BS from Bentley University with a major in Management.

When she's either not leading her team or working hard for her clients, Laura enjoys trying a new recipe or catching up with friends. She currently resides in Melrose, MA.
