Verndale’s onboarding process is focused on a review of your application, alignment of business, team & operational needs, compilation of an application roadmap, assessment of infrastructure requirements and review of any ongoing digital marketing programs.

  • Platform Inspection

    Let’s look under the hood. Our cross-functional platform experts review the extensibility of the implementation, identify relevant KPIs, review infrastructure requirements and make prioritized recommendations on the application prior to onboarding into the program.

  • Digital Marketing Program Evaluation

    Verndale can review all ongoing digital marketing campaigns (Demand Gen, Experience Marketing and Reporting) that are critical to the success of the implementation and make recommendations for the right fit monthly program.

  • Application Roadmap & Recommendations

    Let’s lay it all out there. Verndale will create or evolve an application roadmap that includes the findings from the initial inspection, outline proper technical documentation & standards as well as highlights any necessary remediation prior to recommending and moving into a custom program. The roadmap will become a guiding force to evolving the application.
