Verndale is very excited to announce that we have been awarded with elite Specialization classifications for Episerver Digital Commerce, Episerver Digital Experience Cloud, Episerver Campaign, and Episerver CMS, enhancing our visibility and viability as one of Episerver’s longest tenured North American partners.
For each Specialization, we met strict, verified requirements including having a minimum of three live sites for each category, multiple certified developers who have completed and passed rigid training, and numerous customer case studies.
Verndale is now better able to promote our Episerver expertise while potential customers can identify Verndale as an organization with deep service experience to call upon for their specific needs.
“When Verndale was presented the opportunity to participate in Episerver’s Specialization program, it was an easy decision for us given our long history with Episerver, and our commitment to demonstrating how these products can truly help clients connect the dots of the customer journey,” said Chris Pisapia, CEO for Verndale.
For Episerver, the Specialization program across five product lines (Episerver Digital Experience Cloud, Episerver CMS, Episerver Commerce, Episerver Campaign and Episerver Personalization) allows it to track customer satisfaction with Partners and monitor Partner capabilities to promote accordingly.
“Picking an implementation partner is about both capabilities and organizational fit,” said Dominic Citino, Vice President of Partnerships at Episerver. “When Episerver partners earn Specializations, they have demonstrated specific expertise in areas critical to overall customer success. Partners like Verndale have the deep skills and experience to help customers reach the next stage of customer experience and organizational growth with the Episerver portfolio.”
