Verndale, a full-service customer experience agency headquartered in Boston, MA, has been awarded the elite Episerver B2B Commerce Specialization. This marks Verndale’s 5th specialization and makes the agency Episerver’s only North American partner to have earned five specializations from the customer-centric digital experience company. This distinction comes in the wake of Episerver’s recent acquisition of Insite Software, a digital B2B commerce company with hundreds of customers in the manufacturing and distribution sector. As a longtime partner of both Episerver and Insite, Verndale is also recognized as the only domestic agency partner to have achieved Platinum status with both companies.
Jeff Pratt, Verndale’s Commerce Practice Director, reflected on the acquisition by saying “Given Episerver’s continued growth and investment as a global leader of commerce and marketing software for today’s growing businesses, their strategic merger with North America’s leading B2B solution, InsiteCommerce, makes perfect sense. Verndale is extremely excited to see how Insite is integrated into the larger Episerver portfolio of digital capabilities and drives even more robust and consolidated best of breed solutions to all market channels and customers.”
To be awarded an Episerver specialization an agency must meet strict, verified requirements including having a minimum of three live sites for each category, multiple certified developers who have completed and passed rigid training, and numerous customer case studies.
Elizabeth Spranzani, EVP of Technology at Verndale said that, “I'm thrilled that Episerver has acknowledged Verndale with a B2B Commerce Specialization badge. We've put a lot of time and hard work into building up our knowledge of both the Episerver and Insite platforms and this recognition makes us even more excited to explore the new opportunities it presents.”
This new B2B Commerce Specialization will establish Verndale as a leader in implementing these solutions as they draw on their expertise gained from their countless implementations on both the Episerver and Insite platforms.
“Verndale is leading the way for dual Episerver and Insite implementation capabilities,” said Dom Citino, VP of worldwide partnerships at Episerver. “As we integrate the two companies from a product and people perspective, it’s incredible to have partners that are already well versed in both Episerver and Insite platforms and ready to serve our mutual customers.”
