Verndale Becomes Certified in the Claude Partner Network, Expanding AI Delivery Capabilities for Clients
Oct 22, 2026
Certification strengthens Verndale’s ability to help organizations evaluate, integrate, govern, and scale Claude-based solutions.
Verndale, a customer experience agency, today announced that it's now Certified in the Claude Partner Network, Anthropic’s Services Track for firms that put Claude into production for customers.
The certification recognizes Verndale’s investment in building practical Claude delivery expertise across architecture, development, integrations, and responsible enterprise adoption. It follows the company’s first Claude certifications, including Architect Professional and Architect Foundations credentials earned by members of its team.
“Clients are looking for a clear path from AI experimentation to meaningful business value,” said Chris Boulanger, Managing Director of Data & Analytics at Verndale. “This certification reinforces our ability to help organizations make thoughtful decisions about where Claude fits, connect it to the systems and workflows they already rely on, and move from promising ideas to well-designed, governed solutions.”
Verndale’s Certified status gives clients access to a team developing validated expertise in the capabilities required to design and deliver Claude solutions, including:
- Architecture and development: Claude API, agent development, tool use, Claude Code, and agentic solution design
- Enterprise integration: Model Context Protocol (MCP) and connections between AI experiences, enterprise knowledge, applications, and workflows
- Governance and evaluation: Integration architecture, risk and governance considerations, lifecycle ownership, stakeholder communication, and evaluation at enterprise scale
- Outcome-oriented delivery: Practical guidance that aligns AI-assisted workflows and agents with business priorities, measurable outcomes, and the operating realities of each organization
Certification is one part of Verndale’s broader approach to responsible AI delivery. The company’s internal Claude work includes structured training, solution development, security assessment, connector review, and governance practices designed to help teams choose the right use cases, controls, and deployment model for the job.
“Certified is not about adding another badge to our capabilities list,” said Liz Spranzani, Verndale's Chief Technology Officer. “It's about giving clients a stronger, more informed partner as they assess use cases, design the right architecture, and build AI into experiences that work for their customers and their teams.”
