Step 2 — Customer Data Readiness Sprint

If it's a fit, we move into a six-week Customer Data Readiness Sprint. Using a sample of your real customer data, we solve the identity and data-quality challenges required to deliver a working proof of value—whether that's a customer 360, an AI-ready dataset, an activation use case, or another business priority.

Step 3 — Two Deliverables You Own

At the end of the sprint, you keep two assets: a working proof of value built on your own data, and a Customer Data Readiness Assessment that prioritizes gaps, shows how your systems should fit together, and recommends next steps. Both are yours to keep.
