The Challenge

As Indigo Urgent Care rapidly expanded, its digital experience was no longer keeping pace with growing patient demand and evolving healthcare services. With thousands of daily users, the organization needed a modern platform that could streamline online booking, support new virtual care offerings, and make access to urgent and online care more seamless for patients.

At the same time, Indigo needed a scalable digital ecosystem that better integrated with third-party systems, simplified internal content management, and reflected the elevated, contemporary design of its physical clinics. The goal was to transform the platform into a more intuitive and flexible healthcare experience capable of supporting continued growth.

The Solution

We redesigned and rebuilt Indigo’s digital platform to create a more seamless, patient-centered healthcare experience across both in-person and virtual care services. The new responsive website streamlined online booking, showcased Indigo’s expanding service offerings, and reinforced the brand’s positioning around accessible, modern healthcare.

Our team developed a flexible CMS architecture that balanced scalability with ease of use for Indigo’s marketing team, while integrating third-party platforms like Solv Health and PeopleFluent to simplify appointment scheduling, office information, and hiring workflows. We also optimized the platform for SEO, site performance, and long-term visibility through strategic content planning, URL migration management, and technical search optimization — ultimately creating a scalable digital ecosystem built to support Indigo’s continued growth.

The Outcome

The new platform improved clinic utilization while giving Indigo’s team greater control over managing services and availability directly through the CMS. By prioritizing booking tools within the user experience and designing for a wide range of patient journeys, the site made healthcare access faster and more intuitive. The updated visual approach — featuring real clinic environments and staff photography — also helped create a warmer, more approachable digital experience that better reflected the Indigo brand.
