Feed My Starving Children is a global non-profit that tackles world hunger by sending more than 229 million volunteer-packed, nutritious meals to over 70 countries. FMSC partnered with Verndale to complete a digital transformation of fmsc.org, FMSC’s volunteer registration system, MyFMSC community, and their fundraising platform.
FMSC needed a solutions that enabled a consistent increase in engagement with volunteers and donors - providing a user experience that tells the story of a specific volunteer’s direct impact. Leveraging Sitecore as the technological foundation we developed a new site, personalized member portal and volunteer registration system optimized for engagement.
Dynamic design and personalization with a focus on storytelling and engagement, enabled by data from a custom central data warehouse, delivered a 39% increase in online donations and a 25% increase in page views.
